Active Directory Integration

I have to integrate a CCM with Active Directory, with 400 users. Is there a way to keep the profiles?

I did a test with integrating but then I loose all profiles, so the devices have to be associated with the users again (and CTI-use and....)!

Any Tips or idea's.

To my knowledge there is no way around this issue. You will have to reassociate the users with there devices when you change the directory.
