Installed Active Directory Plugin, every users object within the User container appears in the Call Manager's user database but I have several OUs with user objects within. How can I change the search base criteria to search the entire tree for user objects?
Sorry, but this should be over in one of the call manager or voip forums, but I can tell you that when you installed the plugin, you specified the OU to search. I think you can rerun the plugin install and specify a new OU or the rout OU. If not, uninstalling and then reinstalling it should be fine.
