Having trouble with an Active Fax integration. Incomming faxes are hitting the active fax server(can verify this in the log file) but then seem to go nowhere. They are not getting sent to the mail box we specify(not showing up in exhange log file), and are not going to the administrator mail box where undeliverable messages usually go. The proper dtmf signals are being sent(log file verification). Any advise for trouble shooting? Need more info?

----------------------------
Josh Close_____Network Admin.
Semaphore Corporation
206-905-5031
We'll want to call in and look at the LightningFax configuration on that box and see if we can tell where the faxes ARE going... they have to be going somewhere!
It could be the fax gateway not working properly (i.e. faxes are just stacking up and not getting over to Exchange at all) or the LightningFax config is moving them as unaddressed faxes to another user/DL than the UnaddressedFaxes DL we create at setup.
We'd just need to pop in and disable routing on the default user account (where all incoming faxes start) and then see where it goes from there, one step at a time. Not something I'll be able to walk you through here, though... We'll need to get in and poke around.
