We have a Mitel system w/unity and active fax.<br>We are having issues with the active fax not receiving the CSID from the phone system correctly. The Caller id comes through the phone system for the voice mail but not the fax<br>Please advise..<br><br><br>
I'll have to direct you to call the support folks... this could be any number of things.
What kind of fax cards are you using, what lines are connected to these fax ports? If it's an analog fax card, the lines will need to pulse down the FAX ID of the destination user. If it's a DID fax card, you'll need to determine if that information is making it to the fax ports or not or what digits are making it through (or none at all).
Support can walk you through how to detemine what information we're getting on the inbound fax call (if any) and you can move from there.
