Active lines on phones, but no one there.

Hi,

Have CCM 3.2(2c)spC with CRS 3.0(2)spA on a seperate server. We are seeing where the ICD phones sometimes the line on the phone is active/in use and when you call the # the phone doesn't ring and gets fwd'd to the forward # which is VM right away. There is no one at the desk where this phone is when this occurs and no call displayed on the phone. Phone load is 3.2.15.

Anyone see anything like this before, could it be some weird issue with CRS and ICD extensions, agent desktop?

The only way to free up the line is to delete the DN from the phone and add it back.

I think you are running into the bug CSCdx46616 .
