Hi ,

Getting this error message intermittently when trying to login to a Call Manager admin web page. It continues to give out this error message. Then if you leave it alone for a few hours - it seems to clear itself.

The Call Manager version is 3.3(3)

Below is the full error message http page that appears after trying to login (the same everytime I think)

Hi,

Please take a look at this FN

It says CCM 3.3(5) but please clear Internet cache to see if it helps, also let us know the MLA version.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/customer/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_field_notice09186a008043b782.shtml

CSCsa80110

Symptom:

MLA enabled. When browsing thru ccmadmin/ccmservice pages, or even at first login, we get the following error msg:

Failed to create ASP object: for _RemoteScripts /rs_logon.asp

Conditions:

Callmanager 3.3.(5), MLA 1.2(4)

Workaround: Clear internet cache or uninstall MLA

Thanks

Hi gogasca,

Thanks very much - your reply looks spot on. I tried clearing the internet cache, but it made no difference. I will uninstall the MLA application next - how do you do this when the Admin web page is inaccessible ?

Cheers
