Active Server Pages Error CCM3.3(2)

I'm receiving an "Active Server Pages" Error on my Publisher server. Can't seem to locate what is causing this problem but it appears to be script related? Can anyone help narrow down what could cause this problem and/or how to fix it? The service stops and restarts approx 10 times a day.

"Warning: IIS log failed to write entry, Script Timed out. The maximum amount of time for a script to excute was exceeded. You can change the limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools."
