Hello
I have Unity 2.45 with Active fax, we uses did for the incoming faxes, when I am the owner of one mailbox everything works fin, but when I create one more mail box in exchange that I am the owner of, I despairs from the routing table in Ligthingfax.
Is this a bug from ActiveFAx/LigthingFax?

Currently the Lightning Fax product assumes that there is one Exchange mailbox for each NT account. If you assign more than one mailbox to the same NT account it gets confused and the inbound delivery will not work properly.
This has to do with the way they create their internal accounts based on the NT directory and do lookups in Exchange based on that information. If they request Exchange to return "the" mailbox for this NT account and more than one is returned, they don't know what to do with the fax so they default to routing it as though it got not routing info from the call.
There's no way around this in their 6.5 offering (what ships with Unity 2.4.5 and earlier). This has been reported as a feature request to them, but I can't say if or when it would be addressed.
