Hello ,
I have integrated the Call-Manager 3.1 with Active-Directory and now I have already a problem with the Ip phone service (e.g. Fast dial )
When we try to connect , we received this message
Error: -7ffbffff : user (XXXX) was unable to be validated
or
Error : -7ffbffff:User ( YYYY) was unable to be validated .
And page ccmuser is opening. User ID and passvord is correck and page open.
Have someone a idea ?

Hi , you seems to be impacted by bug CSCdv54109
We have also the same problems .....
All Ip phones services don't work .
I have opened a TAC case and the respons is that it will be resolved int he next version ( probable in the version 3.2 )
I wait too for this fixes ......

Personal Directory /Active Directory is actually resolved , but not integrated in any release. I am trying to get eng. special. It will be available in the next release of CM.

As everyone is stating, it is already fixed and should be available in the next release. The DDTS number is CSCdv54109.

I tried to look up the bug ID to get a status but got the message "Sorry -- The defect you have requested CSCdv54109 cannot be displayed". Is it possible to get a a CM 3.1 patch for this issue instead of upgrading to 3.2? I have had people tell me to stay away from 3.2 for the time being because of stability/functionality issues.
