I am trying to add a 7906 into our environment but the 7906 isn't in the "Add Phone" drop down list, has anyone else this? I have run cmterm-7911_7906-sccp.8-0-4SR1.exe on our callmanagers but it doesn't change the list.

I ran into this one, too and was advised to verify the firmware load exists in CCM (or download the latest), enable auto-registration on the sub that the phone will be registered to, then manually configure after it is registered. The bug that was referenced was this one (noted for 7940/60) CSCdw31206.

4.13 has had a few issues with this type of symptom. (no item in the drop down menu to choose)
upgrading to the latest SR when it is available may help you. (SR3D)
NOTE: i have just verified that SR3C does not contain the 7906 either.
this is what i had to do, with a different phone type; the 7985, and TAC confirmed it was the only way to get the option available.
(or you can autoRegister the device and then configure it properly once it is in the database; i chose to upgrade)
the only workaround you currently can use is to autoRegister the device, then configure it as you wish once it is in the database.
