Adding 7914 to Callmanager

Hi,

could someone please guide me on how to add the 7914 into callmanager?

I have created a phone template but the buttons on the expansion module are still solid red.

Please help

As a first check, I'm assuming you've connected the unit up to a 7960 and you've updated the configuration of the 7960 in CCM so it is configured with a 7914 attached?

In CCM underneath the Expansion Module configuration of the 7960 i have specified '7914 14-button Line Expansion Module'

I beleive this is all i need to do in callmanager.

well, then you have to configure it for either lines or speed dials from that point. I usually set up a Phone Template and configure each button to be a Line or Speed Dial then.
