I am working on a Call Manager 3.2(2a) system. My problem is, when I try to add a gateway to a route group, not all the gateways are listed. They show up when I do a search for gateways, but I can't add them.
Yes, I have. This happens when the gateway you are trying to add is already being referenced by a route pattern. If you remove the gateway from the Gateway/Route List section of the route pattern in question, then the gateway will be available to be added to the Route Group.
