We have programmed the 7910 model phones to have call park on the speed 2 button. However, it is not working. When you try to push speed 2 (which is now call park) to park the call it does not do anything. The call park number range has been entered into the call manager and the phones have been reset. Has anyone successfully added this feature to the 7910 model phones and if so, how? Thanks!

I would try changing a different button and see if there is any difference. If you have another 7910, you could see if it's the phone by changing it to a different template.
