Adding digits

I have a H.323 gateway, the telco I connect to does not send 0, so I have a translation pattern which adds 90 to the number. when a call comes in you can see the full number with the 90 prefixed but when you pick up the call the 90 gets discarded and it just shows the rest of the number? is there a config setting some where to stop it doing this or do I need to get the telco to do some thing?

Could you verify whether if you have configured digist stripping in the dial peer configuration?
