Adding previously deleted users

I have deleted users(In exchange and Active Dir)Which also had the effect of removing them in Unity. I am now adding them back in. Some added OK bu most failed with Duplicate DTMF_ID. I cannot find where they are still located to delete. Any ideas?

Re: Adding previously deleted users

To avoid this in the future you need to remove the subscriber from Unity first. Removing from Unity first removes the subscriber call handler. If you simply delete the mailbox in Exchange the call handler remains since Exchange does not send any sort of notification of the deletion to Unity.

You can use the dbWalker tool to clean up orphaned call handlers. Download the tool from Jeff's site:
http://www.answermonkey.net/App_DirectoryWalker.htm

dbWalker will be shipping with Unity 3.0(1) and is safe to use on your 2.4 systems.
