Adding Subscribers from Exchange 2000

I had an old version of Unity with subscribers from my Exchange 2000 platform, but I have nuked it and re-installed Unity 4.0.2 from scratch. Now when I go in to import Exchange 2000 subscribers, it does not list the users that previously had mailboxes, only exchange 2000 users that did not have voicemail. How do I make those users available for import again?

Just found the Remove Subscriber Properties tool... Works great!
