Adding subscribers

Hello,

I'm facing a strange problem with adding new subscribers on unity 4.01. When i choose to import an exchange user, it's imported fine..so i just add an extension for that user and expect it to be ok, but i get an error message asking me to add the smtp address as well. To my knowledge it should only happen when i add internet users but not the regular exchange ones.

Any ideas?

Hi Marina,

are you importing normal Unity subscribers from exchange .

you could also be importing internet subscribers. These are imported exchange contact (so not regular exchange users). In that case you will be asked for it.

No, it's just a regular subscriber not an internet one, thats why i find it so weird.

Marina, were you able to find a resolution to this problem? We're experiencing the same problem with a fresh Unity 4.0 install.
