Address Book Synchronizer not working

Hi Im running CM 4.2 and the address book synch dosent work i exported all my contacts to my WAB and its giving me a password error saying unable to login with the configured password. im using the same UN and PW that i use on the CCM user page.

Any help would be great.

perhaps your addressBook service is configured with a different UN and/or PW.

goto ccmAdmin and reconfigure that service for the specific user with the UN/PW you would like and see if it works if you haven't already done this.

I have the same problem..

I had the same issue and found that if you are using DC Directory as your LDAP that you need to have names resolution setup even if you have Cisco's Address Book Synchronizer access CallManager via an IP address.

Once I configured my local host file with the host name of the CallManager it authenticated and synchronized.
