Admin Reporting Tool (ART) not 'seeing' calls thru 6608 module
Was running Call Mgr 3.1.2c. Had a problem where ART was not seeing any local / long distance / intl calls going out of our 6608 ports. TAC case recommended upgrading to release 3.1.3a where the bug was fixed.
Upgraded BOTH Call Mgrs to 3.1.3a Service Pack D, still have the same problem! Anyone out there have any ideas?

We have had the same problem. If you look at the CDR records, the data is there -- ART just doesn't report it correctly. Our experience to-date with ART is that it is pretty much garbage; we run reports directly from the CDR records. Good luck!
