I cannot access my SAWEB/Administration, I get an error..<br>http://info04/SAWeb/CookieCheck.asp?InitialUrl=/SAWeb/FrameASP/StartFrame.asp..any ideas? I always was able to access this before, it is very critical, I cannot get to my users...Help!<br>Thanks<br><br><br>Summer

You did not say what error you get?
Also please let us known if you added any new software on the server, like an anti-virus package or something.
Have you contacts Cisco TAC? For critical items they will be able to provide faster support than the forum.
