Administrator Password Reseted

Hi all,

I've a problem with the stiBackup app, which does not start if the administrator user is logged off.

Some times when i tried to start the app manually it does not start and reset the Administrator Password and the SA Password.

Any ideas? We have CCM 3.1.2c (thinking to upg to 3.2).

Do you see a service call stiback for cisco ip telephony applications. If so what user is the service logging on as. I personally would not just upgrade to 3.2 for this problem. If you are just wanting to go to 3.2 that is fine.
