After Call Manager 3.13(a) Ugrade TO 3.3(2) - WS-X6624 Long Distance Probs

After upgrading from 3.13(a) to 3.3(2) on our CallManager cluster, we are not able to make long distance calls from phones going through the WS-X6624 FXS analog modules. We have verified calling search spaces, etc. and all seems correct - in fact they use the same CSS's as our IP phones which have no problems making LD calls on our WS-X6608 PRI (t1/e1) modules.

Long Distance access codes are controlled/provided by our long distance carrier. Normally when placing an LD call, the LD carrier provides a tone prompt for entering in your LD access code. Users calling from an analog phone are not hearing this prompt. Entering in the LD code even without the prompt does not yield any results. If one waits long enough after dialing the LD number, eventually they will get fast-busy/reorder tone. Oddly enough, we are getting outside dial-tone and are able to make local calls.

So far TAC has not found any problems.
