After user hangup I want to send the call to IVR - Possible?

Hi All,

I have CCM 3.3(3) and I'm looking for a way to configure so after call comes in from PSTN and the internal user (IPPhone) finish the conversation and hangup, I want to send the call (PSTN user) to an IVR automaticaly. Is it possible to do it with just the callmanager or do I need another application like ICM, IPMA or so?

I know it is possible in some other PBXs, so I would appreciate any help in this one.

You can specify the event as "destination-hangup" and can specify the application/action for this event. This event occurs if the call is active (place-call has returned a place-call active event), and a disconnect is received from the destination.
