Hi. Have a IPCC Enterprise environment and agent desktop 22.214.171.124 and have 2 users who can't login anymore. Nothing has changed I'm being told. These users can not login from any desktop with CAD. But other users can login from any desktop with CAD so it doesn't appear to be a desktop configuration issue.
I have checked the CCM user global directory and these users are associated to the PGUser, and have CTI application checkbox checked.
i encountered a lot of this same issue and sometimes resolved it by rebuilding the user account itself. I have also seen account got corrupted that rebuilding it doesn't fix it. In that case I created new account for the same user and the heck with the old one.
