agent desktop install error

When trying to install the agent desktop, getting the following error:

cannot create process error: \\<ip address of ICD>\desktop_cfg\desktop\common\base\setup.exe

Any ideas??

Can you check if this setup file and directory exists on your ICD server.

I have verified that the file is indeed there. When I try to access the file by going to run and typing in the unc path with the filename, I get a windows error saying it can't be found. What is the best way to setup drive-mapping/sharing in preparation for client agent desktop installation?

Hi Josh,

A normal windows drive mapping should be fine. Just make sure you have enough administrative rights.
