Agent Desktop Popup window did not display information
Hi, I experienced a problem. I installed the CRS server on Domain A, and the agent desktops on Domain B. These agents on Domain B have the same accounts in Domain A, but these two Domains do not have the trust relationship.
When I installed the agent desktop software (version 22.214.171.124) on Domain B, the popup window would not display any information such as ANI,DNIS and other information which caller entered.
