agent desktop window modes

I am trying to configure my ICD agent desktops user's to be able to change the windows mode. I can't make the options menu appear. The help file states that I can enable the options menu by enabling local administrative rights on the ICD server. I can't find where this is done. Thanks for the responses in advance

On the CRS server, if you go to Start > Programs > Cisco > Desktop > Desktop Administrator. Once you open that up, you have a default workflow (I'm going by memory here so, sorry if it's not there) and you should see the parameters in there. It is also in the Enterprise Data selection. Browse through those parameters and you should find it in 3 places, one for each of the agent desktops windows.
