Agent Desktop Windows

There is a way to disable te pop up of this windows in the standard version (3.0(3a)). I see this feature only in the enhanced version.

The notifications can be turned off or on, using the desktop Administrator ( installed on the CRS Server during initial install ). First, expand the Logical Call Centre ( Double click ), go to the Default teams User interface and then from the Title Menus located on the Windows Menu bar, select notifications and both of your selections for Monitoring and Recording are selectable.
