Agents login problem

I have ICD 3.0(1) and I have few 12 sp+ phones.When ever I try to login through the desktop agent it says "No call appearances have been setup".

Any idea what can be the problem.Any help on this will be really good.

Re: Agents login problem

1: Verify the user has the device associated to it and enable cti application is checked.

2: Verify the extension has been associated to the icduser

3: Verify rm service is running in the Application Administration Engine
