Agents not being monitored by Voice Monitor Server

I want to use voice monitoring but when I go to the Adminstrative Desktop under Enterprise Data configuration then VoIP Monitor, non of my Agent's devices show up. Any clue why? The Default VoIP Monitor Server shows up with the correct VoIP server.

You might be hitting CSCeb11587, which is fixed in CRS 3.1.1 SR1, SR2 includes the fix. So try downloading SR2 if you are using CRS 311.
