It sounds like you're asking if you can use Cisco's in-line power blades to power an Alcatel 4035? I would doubt it - unless the Alcatel phone supports Cisco's existing proprietarty inline power signaling - if not, even if you somehow manage to get it to power up - you're probably voiding your Alcatel phone's warrantee :-/ Probably best to get an Alcatel power cube or inline power panel for this need...
