ALCATEL---QSIG---CCM Message not compatible with call state
Hi, I have a qsig to receive extension from alcatel and is working fine receiving call on iphone, unity too, but on ivr not working, neither attendant console, seem to be redirect number, because for example if phone from alcatel dial to a member of console, the call is conected but if dial to pilot point not working. and the similar problem on ivr because the route point of ivr make a redirect to cti port
