All phones are displaying "Not Registered" in Admin pgs

Hi,

We have been running a cluster with only a Publisher and have just added a Subscriber. Since then, all the phones appear as "Not Registered".

Any ideas what might be causing this - or has anyone seen this before? The devices are working.

Hi again,

This happened because the services on the Subscriber (CCM Primary/Active) were de-activated. We found only the CallManager service and the database layer monitor running under Service Activation.

Not sure which one controls the status but it worked.

The Cisco RIS service controls the status.
