Allow Helpdesk to to Unlock Account

What is the best way to set up so that our Helpdesk is allowed to Unlock/Change Passwords for our Unity Subscribers, with out giving them full access to Unity?

You can create users associated with a class of service that can only access the option to unlock accounts and change phone passwords and nothing else. If you look on the Class of Service pages in the SA and go to the "System Access" page on a recent 3.1(x) system or later you will see the checkbox there for "can unlock subscriber accounts and change passwords". If you check just this option (the "read" option for subscribes will be checked as well) then that's all they'll have access to in the SA.
