The Cisco Call Manager easily restricts agains OffNet to OffNet, or External-to-External, TRANSFERS. But we have a high-level department whose secretaries have need to transfer calls to their boss' cell phones. There are probably 150-200 cell phones involved. I know I can build a route pattern for each and flag them as OnNet but do wish to do so for SysAdmin reasons. Is there a way to allow this small group of users, 6 out of an enterprise of 4000+ users, the ability to transfer OffNet-to-OffNet?
