There's only one "alternate" greeting... there are a total of 6 greeting in all: Standard, Off Hours, Alternate, Busy, Internal and Error. Only Standard, Off Hours and Alternate can be edited/enabled over the phone - busy and internal greetings can only be edited from the SA/AA interface. The error greeting is special and isn't visible by default - it has to be exposed through a registry edit and normally doesn't need to be touched.
