Normally when a call a busy or not answer it will be forwarded to the VM. How do we allow caller to speak to someone urgently by pressing any number which will transfer to the dept PA instead of leaving voice mail.<br><br>Can we set alternative choice for the caller when the phone is busy or not answer?<br><br>Thanks<br><br>
You can always setup one key rules on the subscriber or call handler and record in the greeting that the user can press a key to talk to a personal assistant. The one key mappings are active for all greetings, however... there isn't a different set of one key maps for different greetings.
