Does anyone have experience integrating Microsoft ADAM (AD Lite) with Call Mgr? I don't want to mess up the enterprise AD schema with each CM update by having to remove and add the CM extensions.
Are you saying Call Mgr has access to the corporate phone book and is not integrated into AD, or that Call Mgr is actually integrated into AD? If it's the former, I have experience with that. But if the latter, then Call Mgr.will have to be removed with each upgrade and then re-integrated into AD. I am trying to get around that by using ADAM as an LDAP.
