always Got call drop on 1750 FXS??!!

Hi All,

We installed a 1750 with FXS that connect to Lucent PBX. Also, we point to AS5300 in order to call PSTN by "session target ipv4:xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx". Everyday, we have call drop, we have to reload the 1750 router. After a while, call drop happen again. Can anyone tell me whats wrong my configuration??

Re: always Got call drop on 1750 FXS??!!

You need to find out who is disconnecting the call. Run a debug voip ccapi inout for starters. If you have enough DRAM in the router you can log the debugs to the logging buffer. If not, you can point the logging to a syslog server.

You should probably open a case with TAC to help you resolve the problem.
