I am attempting to connect Unity to CallPilot via AMIS, and am not able to get messages out of the Unity side. I am using blind addressing since the callpilot side has 2000 users. When I address a message to a remote site, I get an NDR back from the exchange server stating that 999_4122 is not reachable. Also, when a message is sent the IVC service stops and the IVC log file says nothing much. Any ideas?

I have seen a defect similar to this with the Voice Gateway for Exchange 5.5. Is this the 5.5 gateway? Which version of Unity CD did you install this Voice Gateway from?

This is exchange 5.5. The Voice Gateway was installed from the 3.1.5 CD 1.

I was able to get the IVC to stop crashing but uninstalling the IVC, reapplying Exch 5.5 SP4 and reinstalling the IVC. Although now messages almost immediately get an NDR. The customer is about to kill the pilot here and forget about IPT for a few years.

Can you post the gateway log?
