amount of rings when transferred

Unity 2.4.6.102<br>CM 3.08<br>TSP 1.0.0.32<br><br>This is what I am trying to accomplish: When a call comes into the main # rings 3 times, goes to Opening greeting & caller gets transferred by a call handler to Subscriber ext, need to have the subscriber extension ring more than 3 times.<br><br>I have set the rings to wait for to 5 in Unity\Subscribers\Call Transfer\Transfer Type\Supervise Transfer.<br><br>In CM I have set the parameter Call Forward No Answer to 12 seconds.<br><br>I cant have more than 3 rings when a customer calls in but really need more than 3 when transferred.<br><br>Thanks for your help.<br><br>

The call forward timer on the CallManager is global. So if you set it to 12 seconds, 12 seconds will be the forward timer for all lines.

Have you tried setting up 2 lines and having the first line CFNA to the second line? This might be a pain but you should be able to get around your 3 ring limitation.
