I have a Call Manager at a central site, which provides call processing for the central site and several remote sites. I am looking for analog (FXO) connectivity at the remote sites. The only cards that I can find that allow analog connectivity are the NM-HDV. Is there anyway to get high analog port density that the NM-HDA?

You don't really want to hear this, but no there is no other Cisco device (3rd party????) that can do high density FXO aside from the NM-HDA, unless you count the VIC2-4FXO cards that have 4 FXO ports on them.

have you looked at the vg-248. Pricey but higher density.

Keep in mind a vg-248 is FXS ports not FXO.

I heard there r some adpters that converts FXs to FXO and vice versa. So with NM-HDA and extra 8 FXS port you could get anywhere from 4 to 12 FXo port.
