Doing and install for a local City and PD. They need to make sure that extensions aren't announced (security reasons) in any of the prompts. I config'd the Directory handler just fine. Problem is before enrollment everyone is set to the system prompt which announces extension. Any way to change this? Bulk Edit doesn't include anything for greeting files, etc (which makes sense for every 'normal' install). Should go considerably faster than using the SA anyway.
I'm not able to access my old voice mail messages all of a sudden. The recording says something like 'the message is currently not available'. This has never happened before in all the years I have been using this system. I have t...
