Cisco has only approved McAfee AV. Amazing to me that they haven't approved anything else in all the time that the product's been released. But then until Nimda stuck - there had been NO approved anti-virus product for the Call Managers. Anyhow - for company's like mine who have a site license to Norton/Symantec AV...it's a real pain to be force to buy these one-offs for the Call Managers. If anyone from Cisco reading this - please note.
