I'm dealing with the same scenario as you exposed. I´m having some trouble with call forwarding and transfer to voice mail. When forwarding Softphone calls to voicemail pilot number, it plays the default prompt instead of the user's mailbox greeting.
Call forwarding from Softphones to Avaya phones works, but the display of the Avaya doesn't show the redirection, just a normal incoming call.
