It's not on the 3.1 list, that's all I know. I saw this bouncing around on the 3.2 and 3.3 product definitions lists but I've learned not to get my hopes up before I see an execute commit. The best I can suggest is to hammer your account team contacts and tell them this is important. It wont stop getting moved around until they feel it's worth spending the resources on.
