Anyone found a better fix for Ringer is Busy!

I am running CCM 3.2.2(c) and every once in a while a phone will get the Ringer is Busy! error when trying to access the ring list. It is completely sporatic. The only fix I have found so far is to reset the phone, not **#**, but actually unpluging the data cable ( we are using inline power). That is okay for now but it is a pain for the user because we are piggy backing there P.C.s off of the phone as well. Has anyone found a better solution? One less intrusive?

We worked with TAC on this and they identifed the problem and gave us a new phone load. The load they gave us is not posted on CCO. You may have to call TAC.

what load was it? was it .....04?

When I had this problem, TAC sent me 05.

I found that if you call the affected phone from another 7960/40/10, the problem goes away.....until the next time!
