appending account code for long distance calls

Is there a way to append an account code to the end of a call stream for Long Distance only? I'm using CCM 3.0 and a 2600 router for a gateway. I've thought of using the route list in CCM, but I can't figure out how to put the account code at the end of the dialed number. Any ideas?
