ART 1.0(1)

I have installed ART on call manager publisher.And it doesnot pull records from CDR at all. The import of CDR records fail.

Make sure you have CDR Enabled to True under Service Parameters...no need to restart CallManager...starts logging calls shortly after.

Make sure that Call Diagnostics Enabled and cdrenabled are both set to true on all call manager in your cluster that you want to get CDR's from. I don't think you have to stop and start for this parameters.
