ART CDR Errors - DirectoryNum negative

Hi,

We just enabled CDR a few days ago on a system with 3.3(3)sr1 Call Manager and are getting a bunch of these CDR errors.

DirectoryNum in an origination CMR record is negative

Any idea on cause?

Are you using EM in your environment, I know of some issues with ART when u run with EM. Just check out.

Yea. But rarely no one logs in to phones. Does having EM enabled on a device change the way call manager logs calls when no one is logged in? I've been working on this w/TAC but no definitive answers really yet. Still checking some things out.
